His ex found out about his shenanigans and got rid of him. Now, with Kate, things seemed fine until Dennis suddenly told her he wanted kids and couldn’t see a future with her because she’s child-free. I know that’s just a convenient excuse.

I didn’t tell Kat directly, but she is aware of this post. I understand some of you feel I’m guilty or wrong in this situation, but here’s my side. There were a lot of red flags, and at the time, we all believed that Kat and him had a more casual relationship—that’s what we understood.
As for why we didn’t speak up, it wasn’t about avoiding helping, but sometimes it’s difficult to know how to approach these situations. If it feels like we let you down, that was never the intention. Also, did Kat ever try to learn more about his dating history or ask us about what kind of person he really is?
It’s important to understand the full picture, and sometimes we’re all just a step away from asking the right questions. The intention of this post was to encourage her to get tested. I don’t know about all of his shady associations, which should be the priority.
